Introduction

Pressure seal wedge gate valves are designed for pressure seal structure. Sealing will be enhanced with the pressure getting rising. They are generally applied to high temperature and high pressure field.

High-density graphites are used to in lieu of traditional soft iron gasket that is more suitable for high temperature and temperature changing frequently.

There is a cone-type back seat on the bonnet and it can provide reliable sealing for valve under entire open.

Hardness difference caused by different STL on the sealing face of disc and seat ring can improve the anti-scuffing, anti-adhesion properties.

Relief device can be used to provide pressure relief under over pressurization.
